If you still have funds in your old BottleBank account please withdraw at your earliest convenience. You may access your account by using the old BottleBank app or via the kiosk at Our Planet Recycling. For assistance withdrawing funds, please contact Customer Service: 833-SFBOTTL (732-6885).

Notes on Withdrawing Funds:

• Transferring the current balance to the new system is not possible due to technical reasons.
• There is a minimum transfer amount of $1.00 for both Venmo and PayPal. There is a $3.00 minimum amount to set up bank transfers in order to process the verification payments.
• With all three transfer methods, there are no transaction fees paid by the customer, just the minimum amounts.
• Customers who do not have the minimum transfer amount—but have at least $0.05 in their account—may withdraw funds via the kiosk at Our Planet Recycling (445 Bayshore Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94124) with no transaction fee.
