Dear BottleBank Customer,

The pilot phase of the BottleBank program concluded on June 30, 2024. Our records indicate that your BottleBank account from the pilot phase still carries a balance. This notification is a reminder to withdraw your funds.

1. Currently, there are three convenient methods available to withdraw your funds:
   Log in to the BottleBank mobile app and transfer the balance to a Venmo, PayPal, or bank account.
2. Visit the physical kiosk located at Our Planet Recycling, 445 Bayshore Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94124. It’s open 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.
3. Contact BottleBank Pilot Customer Service toll-free at 833-732-6885 from 8 am to 6 pm to request a check be mailed to your current mailing address.

Beginning November 1, 2024, BottleBank Pilot customers will no longer be able to access the mobile app or kiosk to transfer or withdraw funds. Customers with current mailing addresses will be mailed a check. All other customers may contact BottleBank Pilot Customer Service toll-free at 833-732-6885 from 8 am to 6 pm daily to request a check.

California Unclaimed Property Law requires business entities to transfer inactive funds to the State Controller’s Office (SCO). For more information, visit the California SCO’s website.
